Leadership & Mentorship Activities

1. Lead multiple quality improvement initiatives
2. Set up mentorship program and established guidelines for RCH ED staff. Scheduled mentors
3. Debriefings (facilitator and co-lead of debriefings for challenging ED cases)
4. Role modeling - Current mentor to interim ED CNE and CRN at RCH, and role in orienting past CNE's brought into the position
5. Preceptorship students - 4 while in ED CRN role at RCH, others while working as a bedside nurse
6. Contributions to Regional Emergency Network Clinical Nurse Educator Meetings
7. Contributions to RCH Clinical Nurse Educator Meetings (Co-chair and general member)
