Simulation sessions (evidence from the last 6 months)

Simulation sessions done with the following groups in the past few years:
1. RCH Site Code Blue in-situ simulations
2. COVID prep simulations (involving RTs, anesthesia and ED staff)
3. Code Orange simulations (mass casualty)
4. Deteriorating patient simulations (for medical staff in the ED)
5. EM Resident in-situ simulations
5. Pharmacy Resident in-situ simulations
6. Trauma Resident simulations
7. Trauma and High Acuity Low Occurance (HALO) simulations

My role in simulation is to help determine scenario goals and learning outcomes, engage staff to participate, ensure psychological and physical safety of participants, co-lead debriefing and share learnings as needed. For some scenarios I also contribute as a participant
